However, because the materials are intentionally lightweight and optimized for breathability, the Aero system performs best in training environments that combine striking, grappling, and conditioning rather than extended mat-only sessions.

For athletes who prefer heavier compression fabrics and more traditional grappling silhouettes, we will be introducing the Intra system later this year, which uses denser materials and a more traditional grappling fit.
